Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one process that helps clients explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences in a confidential, supportive environment tailored to their unique needs.
Teens (16+): Therapy supports identity development, self-esteem, peer and family relationships, academic pressure, and emotional regulation during a pivotal time of change and self-discovery.
Adults: Focus areas often include managing stress, navigating relationships and careers, healing from trauma, and addressing anxiety, depression, and major life transitions—creating space for clarity, growth, and healing.
Across all ages, therapy fosters greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and long-term personal development.

Clinical Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, I provide thoughtful, collaborative supervision to emerging and experienced therapists, helping clinicians strengthen their clinical judgment, deepen their therapeutic skills, and develop greater confidence in their work. I integrate EMDR, trauma-informed care, IFS, psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and relational approaches while supporting supervisees in navigating complex clinical presentations, ethical considerations, boundaries, documentation, and professional development.
My supervision emphasizes both clinical growth and therapist development—creating space for curiosity, self-reflection, and exploration of how our own experiences can influence the therapeutic relationship. I aim to help clinicians build a practice that is clinically grounded, authentic, sustainable, and aligned with their values.
