About Me

Combining Entertainment with Psychotherapy

My past life in the entertainment industry means I speak fluent ‘deadline panic’ and ‘creative burnout’—which really comes in handy when supporting people in fast-paced fields.

I developed my skills as a therapist through CSUN’s social work program, where I focused on working with individuals experiencing homelessness and members of the LGBTQ+ community. By combining my ability to empower others with my background as a performer, I’ve learned to connect with people in meaningful ways, especially by identifying and building on the most vital, hopeful parts of their lives. This strengths-based approach helps clients find practical solutions to meet their needs and thrive.

I offer individual therapy across California (based in Los Angeles & San Francisco), especially for creatives, professionals, and LGBTQ+ folks. Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a flexible, relational approach, I support clients through self worth & empowerment, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship stress, and more.
