Modern Relational Healing for Gay Men

A 6-Week Therapeutic Group / E-Course

This course is for gay men who want healthier, more authentic relationships—with others and with themselves.

Many gay men learn early to adapt, perform, or stay guarded in order to belong. Over time, these patterns can show up as difficulty with intimacy, unclear boundaries, anxiety in relationships, or feeling disconnected even when things appear “fine.”

Modern Relational Healing for Gay Men offers a structured, supportive space to explore these patterns and develop new ways of relating grounded in emotional safety, self-trust, and authenticity.

Over six weeks, participants explore:

  • Conditioning, shame, and early relational patterns

  • Attachment styles and emotional protection strategies

  • Boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation

  • Desire, vulnerability, and honest self-expression

  • Coping skills for relational stress and insecurity

This is a therapeutic, trauma-informed group—not a dating course—facilitated by Walter Bowles, LCSW, and informed by attachment theory, somatic awareness, and EMDR-informed principles.

Participants leave with greater self-understanding, stronger relational skills, and clearer alignment with how they want to connect and love.
